PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION:

In industrial settings, formic acid is typically produced synthetically and used for various applications. It is highly acidic and can be used as a chemical reagent, preservative, and disinfectant. Industrial formic acid has applications in industries such as textiles, leather, and agriculture. In the textile and leather industries, it is used for tanning and dyeing processes, while in agriculture, it can serve as a component of feed additives or pesticides.
