9004-AMC - Classic Deox

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION- 9004-AMC is in a non-chromated aluminum deoxidizer that without any acid additive will de-smut and deoxidize most aluminum alloys thoroughly. The advantages are no acid fumes, a smooth, uniform, satin finish and exceptionally long tank life.

METHOD OF APPLICATION- Add 5-10 gallons of this liquid to every 100 gallons of water in deoxidizing tank. A quick stir and you are ready to go. Occasional checking of bath concentration will assume uniform results of long bath life.

SAEFTY- Fluoride salts in this bath along with strong combination of acids is extremely corrosive. Protection goggles for eyes, protection for skin and clothing is a must while working with this solution.
