1002-SP - Heavy Duty Caustic Cleaner

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION- A dustless powder, which is readily soluble in water. The resulting solution is a powerful caustic type degreaser, which will dissolve most oils
and grease from steel, zinc, brass, and cast iron parts. This product will also dissolve some rust and remove carbon and paint.

METHOD OF APPLICATION- Dissolve 4-8 ounces of this material per gallon of warm water (50-100 lbs per 100 gallons). Heat solution to 120-160 degrees F. Recirculate and jet spray for 5 to 30 minutes considering the level of soil and residue. Jet spray with clean water for 5 minutes. For extreme cases of contamination, a pre-rinse of Tabco 1004-CE or Tabco TABLIME concentrate is recommended.
CAUTION: To prevent re-rusting of parts, the clean water rinse should be avoided.

SAFETY- This material contains caustic. Protection for eyes, skin and clothing is required while working. Vapors should be vented away from work area.
